Wildlife Friendlier Fencing Project

June 21 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Help reduce barriers to wildlife movement and migration by removing obsolete fences or making wildlife-friendly modifications to existing fence with volunteers and staff from the Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation. Full or Half Day Projects Available + No prior experience needed.

We will be removing barbed wire from several miles of fence in Grand Teton National Park near Kelly. This will open up over 150 acres of unimpeded travel for elk, bison, and other species in the area. The project is a follow-up of work started on June 7.
